The exhibition was opened on the 14th of July 2012 and comprised the works of 12 artists within an International Symposium of Creratioon organized by the artist and curator Elisabeth Ochsenfeld.

The title of the symposium and exhibition is Tristesia – Paraphernalia – Memorabilia. Theme offered by the Arthouse Association is the ethnographic value and surroundings of Garana and its surroundings, the 2012 edition being dedicated to the women who live in the village, bearing the ancestral habits (it is about a Czech-German minority, displaced from Bohemia, then in Bavaria , established in several points in Romania). The ultimate goal is to build a collection for the local museum. The works of art were exhibited at Triade gallery on August 23rd, in Timisoara.
The artists that exhibited are Rithika Merchant, Elisabeth Ochsenfeld, Roger Colombik, Leila Modaresi, Costin Brateanu, Adrian Ionita, Camil Mihăescu, Renee Renard.
