Anca Vlad, founder of the Fildas-Catena Group, participated in the Forbes Romania Woman Summit 2026 – B.U.I.L.T. TO L.A.S.T., where she was invited to a one-on-one session with Raluca Michailov, owner of Forbes Romania and Forbes Moldova. The conversation highlighted the values that define leadership built to last: courage, unity, integrity, vision, and the ability to build for the long term.

Subsequently, Anca Vlad was honored at the Forbes Romania Woman 2026 Gala, being included in the annual ranking compiled by Forbes Romania, Top 50 Most Influential Women in Romania.

The distinction received during this 15th anniversary edition confirms her consistent contribution to the development of Romania’s business environment and the impact she has on society through a leadership model built on vision, consistency, and long-term performance. The trophy was presented to her by Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO of the Residential Division at One United Properties.
For 15 years, the Forbes Romania ranking dedicated to the most influential women in Romania has documented authentic leadership and brought to the forefront personalities who shape the fields in which they operate and contribute, through their work, to the evolution of society.
In the same context, the launch of the “Journal of a Champion” project, powered by Catena, was also announced, which is an editorial and multimedia initiative dedicated to leaders who grow, reinvent themselves, and consistently perform, building for the long term. The initiative reflects Catena’s commitment to supporting excellence and bringing authentic leadership models to the public’s attention.

The Forbes Romania Woman 2026 Gala, inspired by the concept of “Iconic Denim: Built to Last,” brought together prominent figures from key sectors of the economy in a setting dedicated to celebrating female excellence and achievement.
Through such projects, Fildas-Catena reaffirms its leadership position and its contribution to the development of a family business model built on trust, responsibility, and care for people.
