From the start I did not think I have employees, but collaborators that I respect and I trust, until proven wrong. There is that difficult time when you must accept to work among people, with other people, to which you must grant your trust and accept that failure is inherent. The biggest problem of the women entrepreneurs is when collaborators betray your trust. We are more vulnerable, easier to hurt, while men pass over such disappointments without a second look.
